DuPont 4597 Solderable Gold Conductor

Dupont 4597 is a cadmium free solderable gold conductor for high density single and multilayer hubrids. DuPont 4093 Silver Palladium Platinum Conductor

DuPont 4093 has been developed as a low cost alternative to solderable gold bearing conductors. DuPont 4093 is a mixed bonded conductor with superior performance over traditional Palladium Silver compositions with regard to solder leaching and silver migration.

DuPont 4597R is a phthalate and cadmium-free solderable platinum/palladium/gold conductor for high-density single and multilayer hybrids. It has excellent tin/lead solderability and exhibits high leach resistance on both alumina and dielectric. DuPont 4597R offers Phthalate and Cadmium free solderable, improved backlight density, and high reliability.

DuPont 5025 Silver Conductor

DuPont 5025 silver conductor is used to fabricate low voltage circuitry, especially on flexible substrates. It can be used with manual, semi-automatic, and reel-to-reel equipment. It provides the best general-purpose Ag for higher temperature operations.

NC-506 Flux

Ball Attach Flux NC-506 is a low viscosity thixotropic no-clean flux designed for use in ball attachment to substrates (BGA manufacturing). It is especially useful in applications requiring soldering to surface finishes with tenacious oxides, such as nickel. It can also be used wherever a no-clean ball attach flux is needed and is suitable for a variety of different deposition methods.
